Jex Thoth is a psychedelic rock band from San Francisco, California. The band was formed in 2007 by James Jackson Toth and his wife Jessica. Their music is influenced by Saint Vitus, Coven, and acid rock. The band released an EP called Totem, a full-length album, a split with Pagan Altar, and another EP. They also covered songs by Bobb Trimble and Slapp Happy. After a few concerts, the band disappeared, and Jessica formed a new project called Sabbath Assembly. The music is still psychedelic rock with folk elements and influenced by Coven.
